I started this blog to provide a casual, recreational level of fantasy NASCAR advice and discussion. I've been playing these contests for a number of years and am annoyed by lineup sellers and groups of players using the same lineup. I'm hoping to give the casual player some help in building solid lineups that can beat that annoying crowd most of the time. I'm not a "tout" and don't do this for a living, so proceed accordingly. I hope you enjoy the discussion here and Good Luck!
UPDATE: Sick to my stomach with McDowell blowing up there. Just bad luck.
There are so many different ways to go this week. I really like four cars -- Harvick, Truex, Larson and Keselowski. It's impossible to get all four in a lineup though. Here are a couple of possible lineups that I'll be rolling with on Sunday.

Where do you get the 15-20 lap averages from?

Sometimes they say them on air during the Fox practice broadcasts. Yesterday, Darrell Waltrip @AllWaltrip tweeted a screen capture from the Fox timing system that showed 5, 10, 15 and 20 lap averages. I desperately wish NASCAR would publish all that information. I have no idea why it doesn't do so.
